Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Renart cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
